For over 25 years, ODWC has brought together women from diverse backgrounds across Western North Carolina for a truly unique and empowering experience. Our annual conference is designed to inspire, educate, and connect women through a dynamic blend of sessions focused on education, self-care, health, empowerment, and economic development.

This year marks our 25th anniversary, and we are celebrating with the theme: 'Celebrating Resilience & Renewal.'
